To understand digitla products better, I decided to create some apps of my own. So I set up a side company called Might Gorilla LLC. And aimed my first product at the ever-popular dating market.
One that has real appeal, locally, nationally and intrenationally?
Solution: You don't. The market's too crowded, with dozens of dating, matching and hookup ads. Instead you focus on all the emotional fallout of unsuccessful dating, matching and hooking up...
You make it a hypnotherapy app. And you call it: "Unbreak Your Heart".
Unbreak your Heart made no medical claims. But utilized the techniques of Ericksonian clinical hypnosis. I've written TV, radio and video scripts. But this was something different. And stretched my understanding of how language could be used to greatest effect.

Basically, everything...
To help me better understand the challenges and opportunities of technologists.
The fact that it helped a lot of people is a plus.
And it illustrates that even during my spare time I'm always learning and testing out the limits of my abilities.
How do you get businesses to switch to a new online knowledge sharing platform?
How do you help an iconic money management company make the most of its digital opportunities?
Facebook has vast numbers of users. But how do you monetize them?
